Woot! Wake up early in e morning. Went to Kallang, decided to have my 1st try on DragonBoat. Meet Jj,Erwitt and Shawn at e Kallang Mrt station..
Walked all e way to e meeting point. Started off with some running, quite a distance.. More den 2.4km i think? I think..
For so long didn't exercise, now '1-shot' run like siao. Tmr sure full body muscle-ache... Lol.. Ran 1 big round n back to e original point. Did pull-ups[e max we can do] and 20 push-ups.. I did 2sets, n that's enough to kill me.. LOL..
Next is rowing time.. I sat at e back.. Was being taught how to hold and row..
And this, like wad jj told me, need endurance... Haha.. Indeed true!
Oh my.. but was quite fun yea.. 12pm started rowing out, 1pm plus to 2pm return back.. Hmmm, Shawn they all said today wasn't e worst.. So that means other day will be tougher.. Haha.. When reaching back to e original point, was asked to sit on e side of e boat, and fall back, swim to e shore to see e other dragon"boats".. Kekeez..
Cool! Haha... Next, we rowed back and that's all fer e day.. Had a briefing and did some cool-down exercise.. Shawn still has his training at other place, so he left 1st..
We bathed ler went of to beach road to settle our lunch n going to buy Fbt singlet.. Heez.. Were damn hungry! LOL..
Alighted at Lavender station n walked to e hawker.. Had "Cha sao sao rou fan" there... Delicious! Wahaha... =P Hmmm.. After that we searched for so many shops den found.. Hmmm.. Next we went off individually ler! Home sweet home! Heez... =P 31 August 2006 - Thursday
y0h y0h! Hmmm.. Haha, went back to sec school today with my sec clique.. We were late for e concert! Lol.. They were celebrating Ms Chee's birthday as well.. Now then i know her bday is on e same day as mine! Haha..
Yep, back to school, main purpose was to find Mrs Oh to chat.. Haha..
Waited for very long our admin office, den here she comes... LOL..
Heard from her that her Tammy is e same like her, stubborn.. Haha..
Gotta wait for next coming new year, visit her house. Heez..
Hmmm.. Yea. After that, we went to causeway point to settle our lunch.. Angelina joined us.. =) Had chicken rice! Haha..
Hmmm, we decided to head to M.S to either bowl or play pool or catch a movie afterwards..
Reached there, we went to play pool for awhile..Wanna catch a movie after that.. Look thru all e movie titles.. Wanna watch e Devil wears prada.. But some of us not interested.. Ended up watching e snakes on the plane.. E title already sound so stupid.. E show? Lame as well, lame plot.. Lol..
It was 7plus when e movie ended.. Decided to walk around, den dinner time n after that home sweet home =)
Took Mrt to YioChuKang and took a bus to Jalan Kayu, guess what we have there? Roti prata! Lol..
Alright.. Nth special happen after that. Headed back home. That's all! Bye! =)
